Our Inspections & Reports

Our Check-It Australia inspector will ask the tenant or owner of any dangers or interim concerning pets on-site prior. Once safe, the inspector will then inspect the property, document and photograph defects that they see as such, to give you the client a thorough in-site to defects, status, damage reason if any and cost of repairs if needed to make the property safe or for purchase.

Building Repairs
• Don’t be put off by building repairs. You may still purchase that property.
• Sometimes banks can place a condition on your bank finance loan. They won’t lend you the money for your new home purchase if the home has defects.
• Or they may say they will lend you the money for the valued amount…..less the cost of defect repairs.
• Not a problem we say.
• We can quote on any repairs
that your new property purchase may require and then adjust the costs within your budget.
